Every staffing platform
matches.
Almost none of them govern.

OlliDoc.it connects hospitals, clinicians, and families directly — and writes down why every match was made, so fairness is something you check rather than something we assert.

Decisions, as they are recorded

Illustrative stream showing the decision format. OlliBook.it is pre-launch.

    The problem

One broken market, seen from three sides.

    Institutions
pay agencies a 30 to 400% markup for temporary clinical staff, because there is no direct channel to the people who could take the shift.
    See their side →
    Clinicians
were moved onto gig platforms that fixed the connection problem and introduced worse ones — shifts cancelled without pay, rates lowered by algorithm, nothing to appeal to.
    See their side →
    Families
especially in underserved communities, still cannot find home care they are able to trust or afford.

    The thesis

Matching is solved. Accountability is not.

Direct-connection staffing already exists, and we are not claiming to have invented it. What does not exist is a platform that connects supply to demand and makes each of those decisions inspectable by the people it affects.

Marketplaces match without explaining. Workforce tools report without matching. The combination is the whole product.

Report on decisions. Never make one.

    OlliDoc.it

    Matches, and records why.

    Staffing agencies

    Match fast. Explain nothing.

    What governed means

    Every match produces a receipt.

A match is only complete when the reasoning behind it has been written down and both sides can read it.

A caregiver who was not chosen can ask why and get the actual logged reason, rather than a support macro.

    Who is building this

We wrote the rules before we wrote the product.

OlliDoc.it is built by New National Health Group in Atlanta. Nothing is live yet, and every page here marks what exists against what is still ahead.

The governance came first — fourteen rules the platform is not allowed to break, written before a line of the product.
