This document describes how the site works today and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It is not a substitute for the final agreement, which will replace it before OlliBook.it launches.
These cover this website. The platform agreements are separate, and will exist before there is a platform to agree to.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of ollidocit.com, the marketing website. They do not govern the OlliBook.it, OlliVault, or OlliDirect applications, which are not live and will have their own agreements covering bookings, payment, credentials, and the obligations of everyone involved.
What this website is
An informational site describing a platform under development, operated by New National Health Group of Atlanta, Georgia.
Descriptions here are of a product being built. Pages distinguish between what exists at launch and what is designed but not yet built, and you should read the status labels as meaning exactly what they say.
The demos
The interactive demos illustrate the product as designed. They use example data, they do not create bookings or process payments, and nothing done inside them has any effect in the real world.
Figures shown in demos and illustrative panels throughout the site are examples, not offers and not quotations.

Nothing here is clinical advice, and nothing here constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
Market figures are estimates. Where a number comes from a published source, that source is named next to it; where it is our own projection, it is labelled as one.
What you submit
When you submit a form you confirm the information is yours to give and is accurate. Please do not submit health information about yourself or anyone else — this website is not built to receive it.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to systems behind it, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.
Our content
The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to New National Health Group unless stated otherwise. Cited research belongs to its authors and is referenced, not reproduced.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it, and content may be updated as the product develops.
These terms will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed agreement before the platform launches.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
