What this page covers

This covers ollidocit.com, the marketing website. It does not cover the OlliBook.it, OlliVault, or OlliDirect applications, none of which are live. Those will carry their own notices, and will handle categories of information — including health information — that this website deliberately does not.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. That means your first and last name, email address, organisation, the role you select, and any message you write. There are no other collection points on this site.

We do not ask for, and this website has no means of accepting, health information about you or anyone else. Please do not include any in a message field.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no behavioural profiling, and no cookies set by us for tracking purposes. We do not buy contact data, and we do not enrich what you give us with data from other sources.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs, including IP address, in the ordinary course of serving the site. We use a short-lived record of IP addresses solely to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to give you access to the product demos, and to understand which audience an enquiry comes from so the right person answers it. That is the entire purpose.

Where it is stored

In a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the OlliDoc.it team. The public website has no ability to read submissions back — it can only add them.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

We rely on service providers to operate the site — a hosting provider and a database provider — who process data on our behalf under their own terms, and who are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it, or until you ask us to delete it. We have not yet set a fixed retention schedule; when we do, it will appear here.

Your choices

Write to contact@NNHG.us and ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests without requiring a reason.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. We will honour them whether or not this document has caught up with naming them.

Children

This website is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

When this changes materially we will update the date at the top. As the product launches, this notice will be replaced by one reviewed by counsel that covers the applications as well as the website.
