What we help with — and what we don’t.

Non-skilled, non-medical home care for Atlanta families — clear about what we do, and just as clear about what we don’t.

The type of care we offer

Support with daily living — not medical treatment.

OlliDoc.it helps families arrange non-skilled, non-medical personal care with caregivers — support with daily living, not clinical or medical treatment.

This includes

  • Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
  • Mobility and transfer support — help moving safely around the home
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Light housekeeping related to the client’s living space
  • Medication reminders (not administration)
  • Transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
  • Companionship and daily wellness check-ins

This does not include

  • Medication administration — injections, IV medication, or dosing beyond a reminder
  • Wound care or clinical treatment
  • Skilled nursing services of any kind
  • Physical, occupational, or speech therapy
  • Any service requiring a clinical license (RN, LPN, or equivalent)

If a family’s needs include any of these, we’ll be upfront that this falls outside what OlliDoc.it currently supports, and point toward licensed home health resources better suited to that level of care.

Who provides care through OlliDoc.it

One baseline, whatever the background.

Caregivers on OlliDoc.it are independent, non-licensed personal care providers. That may include Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) providing non-skilled support, or experienced independent caregivers without a formal certification.

OlliDoc.it doesn’t require a formal certification to provide non-skilled personal care. If a caregiver has one — CNA, HHA, or PCA — it is verified and shown on their profile.

Every caregiver, regardless of certification background, meets the same baseline:

  1. 01

    Verified identity

Confirms the person is who they say they are.

  2. 02

    A background check

Aligned with Georgia’s standards for direct-access care workers — the people who work alone with someone in their home.

  3. 03

    Experience or certification

Relevant experience is confirmed, and any certification a caregiver holds is verified.

Each one appears on the caregiver’s profile as a status with the date it was checked. How verification works →

How caregivers work

Independent providers.

Caregivers on OlliDoc.it work as independent providers. They set their own availability and choose which requests to accept.

Where we operate

Metro Atlanta, in early access.

OlliDoc.it is launching in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area, in early access. It is not yet available outside this region.

A note on scope

Focused on purpose.

We’ve deliberately kept our services focused. Non-skilled personal care is where trust and safety matter most for families, and where the least oversight has historically existed. As we grow, any future expansion into skilled or medical care will only happen through appropriately licensed partners — not by stretching what a non-medical caregiver is qualified to do.

OlliDoc.it is in its Atlanta validation phase. Features describe the service being built.
